In January 2026, the Ashland Chamber's Expand the Talent Pool Committee produced a conference called "Pipeline to Progress: Building the Future of the Healthcare Workforce." Nearly 200 educators, industry leaders, economic development professionals and legislators engaged in an important conversation around the healthcare industry, needs for the workforce and successful partnerships to be modeled or built upon.
