The Ashland Chamber is permitted to have the Sidewalk Sale twice a year (May & Sep)during which businesses can display merchandise on the sidewalk in front of their business.

The Ashland Chamber's Downtown Committee worked on revamping the event to the “Ashland Sidewalk Celebration” to make it a more inclusive and vibrant event. With the goal of showcasing our local businesses and promoting Shop Local, the Chamber also coordinates with Community Partners - artists, musicians, crafters, nonprofits, or businesses outside the downtown core to participate at Chamber designated locations to help amplify the event as this attracts more visitors and engagement throughout downtown, which ultimately benefits our business community while promoting Shop Local.
