of our events. Formal announcements about our 2020 events will be made here and also on Facebook and Instagram at both @AshlandChamberOregon and @TravelAshland. In the meantime, the details found on these pages reflect previous year events.
4th of July Parade & Celebration
Ashland’s Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration occurs each year on July 4th. Our annual Celebration includes a run (organized by the Ashland Parks & Recreation), followed by a Parade at 10:00 AM enjoyed by over 20,000 spectators each year. After the parade concludes, there are over 100 booths in Lithia Park featuring food, crafts, information and a Family Activity Zone while bands, including the Ashland City Band, perform all afternoon at the Lithia Park Bandshell. Children's Halloween Celebration
The Ashland Chamber Annual Children's Halloween Celebration occurs each year on October 31st. Our annual event includes a procession down main street with thousands wearing their best costumes (beginning at the Ashland Public Library), trick-or-treating at downtown businesses, live entertainment and many activities themed for families and children all afternoon. Ashland Culinary Festival
Join us for four-days of excitement at the annual Ashland Culinary Festival! The event includes a Top Chef Dinner, the Mixology Competition, Junior Chef Competition, and of course, the popular Top Chef Competition and Vendors Samplings. Read More
Festival of Light Celebration
The Festival of Light Celebration, a community event and celebration put on by the Ashland Chamber each year. The Festival of Light Parade is held the day-after Thanksgiving annually and helps in kicking off the Holiday Season in Ashland where over 1-million lights are turned on that night at the Grand Illumination following the Parade. Prior to the Parade, enjoy entertainment on the Plaza. The Parade begins at 5:00 PM, followed by the Grand Illumination with a with a countdown led by Santa and Mrs. Claus. Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus following the Parade in Santa's Workshop. Throughout the holiday season, enjoy special events and 'around-town activities' throughout November and December. Read More
