Be a part of the beloved annual tradition of the 4th of July Celebration.  People are looking for delicious food & treats as they wander through the park. What a great way to celebrate the community, show off your organization and your creativity to thousands of people!!!

Opportunities for Food Trucks &  Non-Profit Food Booths!

FOOD VENDOR Entry Instructions:

Read through RULES & REGULATIONS and all of the REQUIREMENTS for FOOD VENDORS before submitting your application.

  • Submit your Application.
  • Pay Your Entry Fee.
  • Receive Preliminary Approval Email with link to upload permits
  • Upload ALL required permits to the Chamber by 6/17
  • Receive Approval

Approved Entries will receive Final Confirmation Packet closer to the event date, with all details needed for the 4th of July.

    • Final Timeline
    • Booth #
    • Lithia Park Booth Map
    • Vehicle Entry/Exit Instructions
    • Vehicle Pass
    • Park Official Contact Info
    • Link to Street Closures
    • Any applicable supplemental information

FOOD VENDOR Entry Information:

FOOD VENDOR Entry Types:

    • Food Truck 
    • Commercial Food Booth:
    • Nonprofit Food Booth: (operator must belong to nonprofit and provide Tax ID #)

NEW REGULATIONS:

  • Vendor business must reside in Jackson/Josephine Country.
  • Fire Inspection Permit must be obtained PRIOR to the event. Could take 3 weeks.  Must get before June 17th.
  • To schedule: email: Sydney Jenkins AFR, w/availability M-F 7a-5p sydney.jenkins@ashland.or.us 
    • Read AFR Outdoor Events Guidelines
    • If Hood Suppression System - proof it has been serviced & cleaned in the last year.
    • If Propane - Secured & Hoses connected properly.
    • Meet Fire Extinguisher requirement:
      • 2A:10BC for food vendors
      • Class K for commercial cooking appliance
      • $76.95 fee/COA invoice

Food Vendors set up on the street of Winburn Way

  • Food Booth 16'W x 18'L / Food Truck - variable
  • Booth Location will be assigned.
  • NO open flames permitted.
  • NO Vehicles to remain in Park.
  • Limited Electricity is provided:
    • 110 V (20 amp) / 5 plugs maximum
    • No power strips allowed
  • Approved Generators:
    • 50-57 Decimals / 58-75 Decimals
  • Booth Vendor is responsible for all items needed:
    • Food Quality Water Buckets w/lids.
    • Garbage Sacks.
    • Pop-up Tent, Table, Chairs, etc.
    • Internet hotspot.
  • NO early departure, unless emergency and approved with APD and/or Event Officials.

Park Booth - 4th of July Timeline:

  • 5:30 AM - 8:00 AM Booth Set Up.
  • 8:00 AM - Cut Off Park Vehicle Entry.
  • 8:30 AM ALL vehicles must be OUT of Park.
  • 9:30 AM - Parade Begins at Triangle Park
  • 11:00 AM - Parade Typically Ends
  • 3P-3:30 PM - *Park Officials will advise of break down.
  • 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: *ADP/Officials  to advise when Permitted Vehicles can re-enter for loading.
  • 5:00 PM - All booths must be cleaned up  & exited Lithia Park - NO EXCEPTIONS

*Exact timeline can vary based on # of entries, and final details will be emailed a Confirmation Packet closer the event date.

Park FOOD Booth Entry Type, Fee & Deadlines:

 

  • Non-Profit Food Vendor Rates:
    • $150 Early Bird - valid: 5/1-5/31
    • $175 Regular - valid: 6/1 - 6/14
    • $225 Late Fee - valid: 6/15 - 6/21
  • Food Truck or Commercial Food Booth Rate:
    • $325 Early Bird - valid: 5/1-5/31
    • $350 Regular - valid: 6/1 - 6/14
    • $400 Late Fee - valid: 6/15 - 6/21

 

  • Final deadline June 21st
