In 2023, Travel Ashland & the Ashland Chamber produced the first annual Ashland Mystery Festival. 2025 dates are October 16th-19th. Click here for more information.
In 2025, the Annual Ashland Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration will be at the Historic Ashland Armory on January 20th. Overflow with simulcast will be available at Carpenter Hall. Click here for more information. On the day of, commemorative shirts will be available for purchase at the event. If you'd like to make a donation, you can do so in the link above.
Additionally, the Ashland Chamber and Travel Ashland help support and promote several events and festivals produced by other community organizations. 4th of July Parade and Celebration
Ashland’s 4th of July Celebration occurs each year on the 4th! The celebration includes a run (organized by Ashland Parks & Recreation) followed by a Parade down the boulevard into town. In the afternoon, there is music and entertainment in the park with a Family Activity Zone for fun for all! At night, the American Band College joins us at the High School Football Stadium for an evening concert.

Children's Halloween Celebration
The Ashland Chamber Annual Children's Halloween Celebration occurs each year on October 31st. Our annual event includes a procession down main street with thousands wearing their best costumes (beginning at the Ashland Public Library) and trick-or-treating at downtown businesses.

Festival of Light Celebration
The Festival of Light Celebration is held the day-after Thanksgiving and kicks off the Holiday Season in Ashland. Over 1-million lights are illuminated that night at the Grand Illumination following Santa’s arrival around 5pm with festive activities to follow. Throughout the holiday season, enjoy special events and 'around-town activities' throughout November and December.
