Approved entries will be assigned a specific booth location. Booths will extend from Litha Way, Up Winburn Way towards the Bandshell. The Lithia Park Map with booth locations will be sent in the confirmation packet closer to the event.

5:30 A.M.- Access into Park opens
8:00 A.M.- All vehicular traffic to begin exit of Lithia Park
8:45 A.M.- ALL vehicles must be out of Lithia Park- No Exceptions
9:00 A.M.- Early viewing of booths begins
10:00 A.M.- Parade begins at Triangle Park
12:00 P.M. (approximately)- Parade ends and spectators transition to park activities
4:00-4:30 P.M.- Booth tear down begins when Ashland Police Department deems safe
6:00 P.M.- All booths must be cleared from Lithia Park

3. You will receive an email from the Chamber with final approval of participation
4. Upon approval of your entry, you will receive information that requires further action.
a) Signed wavier, release, hold harmless agreement, and enforcement of rules & regulations
b) Payment for your entry
c) Any additional Requirements for your booth type -
(which may include any City and County regulations)
5. Confirmation Packets will be sent closer to the event.
