Creating Better Coastal Paintings with Kristen O’Neill

Saturday, June 18, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Join the Grants Pass Museum of Art and Kristen O'Neill to learn how to take a favorite coastal photo and create an amazing painting! On Saturday, Kristen will demonstrate how she used photos to create her Oregon Coast Trail Series. This class is appropriate for all skill levels and materials are included for acrylic painting.

The Britt Festival is now seeking artwork for their Fine Art Poster, which is a cherished tradition that celebrates their concerts and music through the visual arts. Submissions should represent a fun aspect of the Britt Experience of concerts under the stars, taking place in their outdoor amphitheater.

Join Fiber Arts Collective and Jo Ann Manzone to learn more about natural dyeing and botanical printing while creating a beautiful silk scarf. Specializing in fiber and print, Jo Ann's creative focus is on combining natural elements with fabric to create unique textiles.

2022 Grant Cycle Coming Soon

Friday, July 1 - Tuesday, August 30

The Haines & Friends Visual Arts Grant Program is thrilled to announce that it will provide a 2022 Grant Cycle. Offering grants ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 to Southern Oregon visual artists and arts educators, use of grant funds by these individuals may include original and new works of private/public art, the purchase of supplies and equipment for personal experiences, educational offerings, and more.
