Special recognition and appreciation was given to Chamber staff member, Dana Welsh, who will be retiring in the next few months from the Chamber office after 18 years.
Dana worked in her family business, long time Chamber member, Artisan Press, doing much printing business with the Chamber. She was very active as a volunteer through chairing the 4th of July, serving on the Chamber Board and as President.
After retiring from her very involved volunteer service, she was hired by Sandra Slattery, 18 years ago as the Operations Manager/Graphic Designer/Webmaster. Her job has morphed through the years to include Volunteer Management along with many other duties and responsibilities. The Chamber staff all love Dana, as anyone who has worked with her do as well.
We will deeply miss her and have a hard time imagining the office without her. Thank you, Dana, for your years of service and love for the Chamber. Your mark is indelible and will continue.
