(Holiday lights visible November 23rd through early January)
The 26th annual Festival of Light kicks off, Friday, November 23rd. We invite you to shop local and celebrate the holidays in Ashland. Each year Travel Ashland and the Ashland Chamber lights and decorates the town through generous support of all our sponsors and the partnership with the City of Ashland. From the historic, refurbished red lanterns on East Main Street and the winter banners on Lithia Way, to the snowflakes on Ashland Street and the wreaths and bows that adorn downtown, these decorations are made possible by the Ashland Chamber with support from sponsorship from the private and public sector.
Santa’s parade begins at the Ashland Public Library and makes its way to the Plaza for the Grand Illumination
here Santa lights over one million lights with thousands in attendance.
The Black Swan is located on the corner of Pioneer & East Main. Photos with Santa conclude when all the children in line have got their chance to see him!
Create memories and start your own tradition at the Festival of Light
