"Trevor Powers, owner, is extremely knowledgeable of the home inspection process and was very willing to share his knowledge with us and answer our questions.
He is dependable, on time for his appointments, removed his shoes upon entering our home and made sure drapes were pulled and doors locked upon leaving. He counseled us on clips for overhead blinds, internet connections, fire and carbon monoxide detectors, attic window, exhaust fans, dryer vent, and gas fireplace. He is very conscientious and remembered the details included in our emails. The final inspection report was thorough and useful.
