A cooking school for all levels. Varied cuisines and food themes are explored during classes that are most often In Person at the school on Main Street with once per month Live OnLine classes via Zoom.
Chef teaches everything from basic knife skills to vegan/GF, savory and sweet dishes. Students cook, under the direction and supervision of the chef instructor, then get to sit in the designated Tasting Area to sample their efforts. Afterwards, each student goes home with a Recipe Packet, containing recipes for each dish prepared during class.
