Renting manufacturing and warehouse space for our Organic Nut Butter business from IPCO has been a great experience. The space is super functional, industrial, clean, and conveniently located. Being in Ashland gives us access to a great work force and provides good choices for people that want to go grab lunch. Trina and Zach are very responsive to our needs and keep the surrounding spaces safe and looking beautiful. All of the other tenants take pride in what they are doing and there is a great community/family feel with the other businesses. It is overall a great place to grow our business.
