AllCare Health is a physician-led organization that’s making healthcare simpler and better for the people of Southern Oregon; Jackson, Josephine, and Curry County as well as Glendale and Azalea in Douglas County. Headquartered in Grants Pass and with additional offices in Medford and Brookings, we offer a wide range of quality health plans (Medicare Advantage, Oregon Health Plan, and PACE) and services (Electronic Health Records, all management services for clinics and provider practices, and direct medical care in our provider offices) designed to meet the needs of our state’s diverse communities, while controlling costs for both patients and taxpayers.
