Melissa is one of those rare gems in the industry, who puts out way more time and effort for her clients than most lending agents I've met. One of my family came to her with a request for a fairly unusual and complicated loan process, and it was for a person in another state, no less. Within hours, Melissa had let us know she didn't handle those types of loans (her honesty was super refreshing - rather than just leading us along) and she had my family in contact with a lender who could provide those services in the other state! This goes to show how valuable a network can be and also a person's good character when they refer you off to another broker who will ultimately be making the "sale".
