I coach on getting your gut healthy for healthy poops and ward off chronic diseases. Studies have found people who have a higher intake of plants in their diet have a healthier gut. However, the Standard American Diet (SAD) has more processed foods, meat, sugar, three main crops of soybeans, corn, and wheat. The typical American is eating 60% of their body weight in processed foods a day. A DAY! This is one of the main reasons why we have a sick developed nation. Add in stress, consuming mass amounts of media, not exercising, and the constant level of stress that plagues our world. We are bound to be chronically sick. Let's bring back balance to your gut.
