Siskiyous & Oregon Hybrid & Electric Vehicle Association (SOHEVA) is a chapter of the national Electric Vehicle Association (EVA). Our chapter consists of a group of electric and hybrid vehicle enthusiasts gathered with the goal of educating interested people in the benefits to the environment and to the population as a whole of owning and driving electric and hybrid vehicles.

We do this through providing information on our website www.soheva.net, presenting classes on owning and driving an Electric Vehicle (EV), and staging events at which the public can see and learn about EVs from their owners.
