RTC is dedicated to giving back to the community, and each opening night is a benefit for local non-profits. Planned Parenthood SW Oregon, the Maslow Project, Community Works, and the Almeda Fire Relief efforts have been recipients thus far. In our 2021, our recipients are Resolve Center for Dispute Resolution and Restorative Justice, Southern Oregon Coalition for Racial Equity, and Project De La Raíz.
"Outside of OSF, you don’t get a whole lot of shows like this one in the area: gripping dramas that choose character over spectacle." Paul Costa for Theater in Oregon
"Enjoyed a wonderful theatrical experience on the lovely lawn at Grizzly Peak Winery. Rogue Theater Company has hit another one out of the park." Dickie Wilson
"I'm a big fan of Rogue Theater Company. I trust that the plays chosen will be innovative and timely, and that the acting will be amazing." Liisa Ivary
"Rogue Theater Company's wonderfully articulated vision of Marsha Norman's 'night, Mother is a tour de force, a powerful commentary on American life and of the hidden despair and desperation that many of us face on a daily basis. Compellingly acted and beautifully staged, this production of the Pulitzer Prize winning play is a must-see." Jeffrey Gillespie for the Ashland Daily Tidings
