Flip is an artisan fast food restaurant serving 100% chuck, burgers made from Oregon Natural Beef on house made, organic brioche buns baked daily at our sister bakery Mix Bakeshop.  

Our fresh cut fries are made from Kennnebec potatoes, double blanched and finished to perfection.  Our soda comes form Boylan, a natural soda company who has ceded high quality, GMO free ingredients, pure can sugar, natural extracts and oils since 1891 made in small batches.  

Our cheese comes from the world renowned Rogue Creamery in Central Point.  

We make our shakes from Mix’s organic ice cream using Straus Creamery dairy, organic cane sugar and seasonal ingredients.
