Robert Pippel was born and raised in the small, farming town of Palmer, Alaska. After graduating as valedictorian of his high school class, he completed his undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, majoring in English. He attended law school at CTP_8101Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, graduating and passing the state bar examination in the spring and summer of 2013. During his time at Willamette, he studied a broad range of legal genres, but focused primarily on estate planning, legal drafting, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) such as negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
