The
Ashland Senior Services Division is a part of
Ashland Parks & Recreation Commission. The Division’s mission is to enhance the lives of seniors by promoting healthy aging, well-being, dignity and independence and by advocating for the diverse needs of seniors and their families throughout Ashland.
The
Senior Services Division offers support services and a variety of free or low-cost recreational, health promotion and educational opportunities at the Ashland Senior Center and other locations. Be sure to check out the upcoming events. There’s something new going on every month!
In addition, the Rogue Valley Council of Governments
Food & Friends Program serves lunch at the Ashland Senior Center Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for seniors 60 and older (by donation).
