Ashland Community Health Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Founded in 1977, ACHF partners with donors to enhance the health of our community. For decades, the generosity of our donors has had an incredible impact on the variety and quality of services available at the hospital. 

In 2021, the Board of Directors approved the expansion of its mission to include support of community health and wellness initiatives. Through its expanded direction, ACH Foundation will partner with our generous supporters and local non-profit organizations to improve and enhance the health of our community by advancing innovative and equitable approaches to health and wellness, in addition to the continued support of our local hospital.
