Sustainability is at the heart of Rogue Creamery's mission, in practice as Oregon’s first Benefit Company and sponsoring the Nellie Green Pedal Program saving commuter miles through bike-to-work, low emission and car pool initiatives. In December, 2010 Rogue Creamery installed one of the largest solar projects in Southern Oregon on top of the Central Point creamery and four times a year, team members pick up trash along Highway 99 for the Adopt-a-Street program. Rogue Creamery is a presenting sponsor for the ashland independent film festival and avid supporter of United Way's Day of Caring.
Rogue Creamery hosts the annual Oregon Cheese Festival every March in cooperation with the Oregon Cheese Guild, bringing dozens of Oregon’s artisan cheesemakers to Southern Oregon. Thousands gather at the Central Point creamery in a farmers’ market style event, to celebrate local foods, wines and craft beers.
