Chamber Music Concerts (CMC) is a concert presenter dedicated to bringing world-class chamber music to the Rogue Valley for the enjoyment, enrichment, and education of the Southern Oregon, Northern California, and Southern Oregon University communities. Founded in 1984, CMC presents twelve concerts each season, with eight evening and four matinee performances. All concerts take place in the acoustically excellent Music Recital Hall at Southern Oregon University. CMC consistently brings performers to the Rogue Valley who are heard in the most prestigious concert halls in the world. Past performers include the Juilliard, Emerson, and Tokyo String Quartets; flutist Eugenia Zukerman; soprano Julianne Baird; pianist Angela Hewitt; the Berlin Philharmonic Wind Quintet; and the American Brass Quintet.
