The mission of the Ashland Family YMCA is to work toward the fulfillment of human potential and the enrichment of the quality of life for those we serve. 

•    Health and Wellness Services: many specialized classes such as Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Step Aerobics, Low-Impact Aerobics, Cardio Kick Boxing, Total Toned, Women with Weights, Circuit Training, Pickelball, Adult Volleyball and more! All fitness classes are subject to change.  
•    Aquatic Services: the Messe Family Aquatic Center features a 45’x75 pool with 3’ to 9’ depths and an attached 3’ foot deep 20’ x 20’ alcove. Our warm saline pool is set at a temperature ideal for children and seniors. •    Youth Development: The Ashland Family YMCA offers afterschool programs, all day camp programs when kids are out of school, summer day camps, and much more! All youth development programs focus on the Y’s four core values: caring, honesty, responsibility and respect. 
•    Youth Sports and Programs: Have fun, make friends, learn new skills, gain confidence and be physically active in Y sports. Many coed, age-appropriate teams are forming at the beginning of each season. Gymnastics, Archery, Soccer, Basketball and Volleyball are just a few that we offer.
