Welcome to the Family owned and operated Rogue Valley Roasting Co. Coffee Shop! Located in Ashland's historic railroad district, the Roasting Co. is a popular neighborhood gathering spot for locals. We offer a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, pastries and lite meals, and friendly and hospitable service. We are open 7 days a week; our hours are Monday through Saturday 6:45am to 6:00pm, and Sunday 7:00am to 3:00pm.

The Roasting Co. serves a full line of hot drinks including the best mochas in town, organic espresso, and several free trade/organic coffee blends brewed daily. Our mochas are made with real chocolate chips and our house-made whip cream is made everyday, fresh, with no CO2 added.

Ice cold drinks served at The Roasting Co. are a welcome refreshment for pedestrians and bike riders along East Main in Ashland. We offer a variety of cold drinks including delicious fruit smoothies, iced or blended espresso drinks, and ice cream shakes.

We are constantly expanding our local food offerings here at The Roasting Co. with items such as Italian-style focaccia pizza, tasty spanikopita (spinach and feta wrapped in phyllo pastry), fresh scones, and our famous bread pudding muffins. Stop by for breakfast and enjoy a muffin, bagel, scone or pastry with your coffee. Grab a lite meal such as burittos, savory turnovers, wraps and much more for lunch and wash it down with your choice of a sweet or spicy chai.
