OregonSaves is a state program for employees that creates an IRA account for every worker in Oregon that does not have a retirement savings plan managed through their employer.
Employers are responsible for registering your employees, providing them with program information about how to access the account and any changes and making payroll deductions. The employer is not financially obligated to the program but acts as a facilitator.
Attend the workshop to learn how to act as a facilitator, best practices from the pilot program and hear from Mt. Ashland, one of the businesses who was a part of the pilot program.
