ACCESS EXPANDS FREE MOBILE PANTRY
ACCESS expands free mobile pantry, with opening day on June 5th from 1-3pm at ACCESS.
Medford, May 30, 2019 Thanks to a generous donation from the Oregon Community Foundation, the Access mobile pantry truck will be expanding to four additional sites per week this year.
Newly named the Access Free Mobile Market, the truck will be stocked with a variety of food products, all given completely free to our neighbors in need. On Wednesday, June 5th from 1-3pm the Access Free Mobile Market will open the first of these new sites at ACCESS itself. Low-income neighbors in need can come to ACCESS (3630 Aviation Way in Medford) and register to receive food from the Free Mobile Market just as they would any food pantry in the county. As a shopping-style pantry, guests of the Free Mobile Market will shop around the truck and have the option to choose the food they would like to take home. ACCESS also offers assistance with housing, veteran support, medical equipment, and other needs for our neighbors.
