Living in your Own Goodness
Ashland, Oregon (June 29, 2018) — Yoga therapist, Charlotte Nuessle will lead a guided meditation and practices for recognizing your innate goodness and opening yourself to gratitude, love, and kindness on Sunday, July 22 from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. in the Gresham Room at the Ashland Library, 410 Siskiyou Boulevard.
In this program, the group will collaborate to creatively express and share the goodness that has lifted up our lives. There will be guided meditation, sharing, body awareness, and breathing. Experiential learning will include interactive sharing, discussion, practices.
Charlotte Nuessle has a B.S. in gerontology and consulted for 24 years in senior living communities where she adapted yoga and meditation for seniors. Nuessle teaches online courses in positive neuroplasticity and understanding the signals and needs of the nervous system. She facilitates local groups for trauma-sensitive yoga and breast cancer survivors and offers study groups to strengthen the qualities of kindness, self-awareness, and courage.
