Frog and Toad at Ashland Library

Ashland, Oregon (May 9, 2017) - Join Barry Kraft, OSF actor, dramaturge, and lecturer for a special storytime featuring Frog and Toad and other beloved stories of Arnold Lobel on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. at the Ashland Branch Library, 410 Siskiyou Boulevard.
Written in 1970, Lobel’s book Frog and Toad are Friends became a Caldecott Honor book. It’s a warm, funny tale of love and friendship that continues to delight young readers today. 
Barry Kraft brings the sweet friendship of Frog and Toad to life. With his use of different voices, he mesmerizes his audience for an enchanted afternoon of storytelling. His numerous acting credits include Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Old Globe at San Diego, San Jose Repertory Theatre, Berkeley Shakespeare Festival, and ACT. He has acted in 87 full productions of Shakespeare's 38 plays. He has written Shakespeare Insult Generator and has recorded several audiobooks for Blackstone Audio, including Ovid's Metamorphoses.
