SOLD OUT: Ultimate Top Chef Dinner: 5:30pm
Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites (Stardust Lounge)

Second annual: Honoring the history of our event, join us for the Ultimate Top Chef Dinner on Thursday, November 2nd - 5:30pm at Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites, our Festival Headquarters. Enjoy a five-course dinner and pre-dinner appetizers prepared by some of our amazingly talented past Top Chef Winners (including Neil Clooney of Smithfields Restaurant & Bar - Top Chef 2007 & 2008, Franco Console of Larks Restaurant - Top Chef 2009, David Georgeson of Common Block Brewing Co. - Top Chef 2011 (pre-dinner appetizer), Billy Buscher of Seven Feathers Casino Resort - Top Chef 2012, James Williams of Truffle Pig Craft Kitchen - Top Chef 2014 and Josh Dorcak of MÄS - Top Chef 2015 and 2016). Top Mixologist 2016Blake Henry of Brickroom, will offer a pre-dinner cocktail sample. Each of dinner courses will be paired with a local wine. This is a dinner you won’t want to miss! Tickets are $85 per person or can be purchased as part of a 4-day VIP Package. Seating is limited.

Experience why Ashland was named one of the “Top Ten Best Wine Travel Destinations in the World” by Wine Enthusiast and partake in an Ashland Wine Tour that afternoon. Wineries will include Irvine & Roberts VineyardsBelle FioreGrizzly Peak Winery and Weisinger Family Winery. Reservations can be purchased through Bravo Outings by calling Tracy at (541) 690-9393. ​ 

Friday's Culinary Kickoff Event​: 5:30pm to 7:00pm

Then attend our evening event, a Culinary Kickoff, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the Ashland Hills which includes the 2nd annual Mixology competition (where local bartenders will compete for Top Mixologist), watch a NEW Celebrity Quick-Fire Cooking Challenge, samplings by the Bear Creek Wine Trail, small bites and more!

Celebrity Quick-Fire Cooking Challenge Teams:

The fourth position in the FINAL round will be a “Wild Card” Chef – selected by the Judges, from the nine non-qualifying competitors, based on a similar set of judging guidelines as the previous rounds.
