This is a class you won't want to miss! 
Chef Skye Elder, the 2017 Top Chef from the Ashland Culinary Festival, is going to re-create and teach you how to make his winning dish - Wild Coho Salmon Two Ways (Coriander Seared Coho with Coconut Jasmine Rice and a Wasabi Caramel Lomi Lomi Salmon and Radish Napoleon). During this class you will learn how to execute this dish among other cooking techniques, a hands-on class for all attendees. The cost per ticket includes the Salmon Dish as your meal that evening. The class will be limited to 24 people.
