Event Schedule:

Friday, November 8th 

                Friday's Culinary Kickoff - 5:00-6:30pm 

Includes: Food Demos by Mark Bernetich of Sysco & Dale Fowler of Regency Grill, appetizers, local wines and brews with live entertainment by the New Reeds Saxophone Quartet. 

Saturday, November 9th 

                Hands-on Culinary Workshops 10:00am – 11:30am,  limited
                seating * register when you buy your tickets 

                Sip, Sample, and Taste  12:00pm - 5:00pm
                               
                Chef Competition including 8 local Chefs competing using
                ingredients from local farms and artisans
                                Round One: 12:30pm – 2pm, first four Chefs
                                Round Two:  3pm – 4:30pm, next four Chefs

Sunday, November 10th 
 

      Hand-on Culinary Workshops 10:00am – 11:30am,  limited

​      Best Dessert Competition, 12:30pm – 2pm 

NEW this year! The 4th annual Best Dessert Competition will take the spotlight on Sunday at 12:30 - 4 Dessert Chefs, demo and compete!  Audience members will have a chance to win a plate and be a guest judge

      Chef Competition -

      Final Round: 3pm – 4:30pm
      Final FOUR Chefs compete for the Top Chef title
