A Spring Weekend Metaphor for April Reading
by Marshall Doak, SOU SBDC Director

I just spent one of the best weekends I can remember for a long time. If you detest gardening and yard work, you can stop reading now, as my weekend was spent out in our yard and in the garden centers putting some finishing touches on a multi-year project to remodel our landscape. We were given a weekend of great temperatures and high light; mild winds and clear air made an ideal weekend to enjoy the great Southern Oregon climate. All in all, it was a perfect weekend’s work to use as a metaphor for business building!
