Book Restoration Expert Sophia Bogle Shares Preservation Options for Broken Books
Ashland, Oregon (November 18, 2019) — Sophia Bogle, author of Book Restoration Unveiled, an Essential Guide for Bibliophiles, will present “Save Your Books and Save Civilization: Preservation Treatments and Options for Broken Books” on Sunday, December 1 from 1:00–2:30 p.m. at the Ashland Library, 410 Siskiyou Boulevard.
Bogle is an expert in book restoration with a diploma in book conservation from the American Academy of Bookbinding and over 25 years of training and experience. In addition to her restoration work, she is passionate about teaching archival methods of book repair through her website: saveyourbooks.com. She lives in Ashland, Oregon.
