Sally Wiggins is an attorney licensed to practice in Oregon (2014) and Illinois (1994). Upon arrival to Southern Oregon, Sally worked for Brophy, Schmor, located in Medford, Oregon before starting her own practice in Ashland, Oregon in 2016.
Sally graduated from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago (1994), where she served as a member of the moot court and trial advocacy boards competing in national championships. Sally clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Paul E. Plunkett, in Chicago. She obtained her mediation and conflict management certification at Southern Oregon University (2013) and works as a trained mediator.
Sally, an artist with a law degree, balances the demands of a legal career through the freedom found creating her art. She represents âcreativesâ (such as actors, artists, authors, galleries and musicians), in all areas legal (such as copyright, trademark, branding, publicity, contract and litigation). She is an artist member of the Ashland Gallery Association.
With 20 plus years of litigation experience, Sally also has extensive experience trying cases in federal courts across the U.S., as well as in the state courts of Illinois and Oregon.
