Marlane and Scott Balcomb are the proud owners of ABC Kitchen and have been catering for over 20 years. They owned the iconic Ashland Bakery Cafe from 1998-2007. At “ABC”, they created new and exciting menus for locals and tourists alike which led to customers requesting catering for events. ABC Kitchen is the culmination of their many years of working together in the food and beverage industry.
Farm to Fork Events- We work with local farmers, ranchers, vineyards and creameries to choose the finest ingredients for your menu. We visit the Rogue Valley markets three times a week to insure the freshest ingredients.
We are experts at planning conferences and business meetings. We meet with you well in advance to listen to your plans and needs. We create a plan of action that includes set-up, service, menus, audio visual and decor. Staff and managers will be with you every step of the way to ensure your sanity and event success.
For weddings, private parties and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, you can expect our full attention. We will work with you from beginning to end to create memories that will last a lifetime. Our staff, including the owners and managers will be in attendance to make sure no detail is overlooked.
Mobile Bar Services are now available! We love to create seasonal signature cocktails to welcome you and your guests. We hand pick local wines and beers to accompany your hors d’oeuvre and dinners. Our bartenders are well-trained, well-dressed and ready to serve.
