LARKS HOME KITCHEN CUISINE
Larks restaurant, originally opened in May 2005, celebrates Oregon: its farms, orchards, creameries and wineries offering dishes that excite and surprise with freshness and flavors.
The concept – ‘Farm to Table Comfort Food’ was created by Becky Neuman who is passionately committed to offering the freshest organic & local ingredients possible. Mrs. Neuman also conceptualized the interior design of the restaurant, including the unique furnishings such as two and three person settees layered with cushions and pillows to create comfortable seating arrangements at the tables giving restaurant a casual, eclectic feel. The artwork and lamps at Larks have been specially collected to reflect a 1940’s nostalgia, which compliments the charm and casual elegance of the Ashland Springs Hotel.
Dishes created at Larks are a tribute to the local farmers and artisan food crafters. Beautiful Southern Oregon has become known for award-winning culinary products including artisan cheeses, fine wines, and gourmet chocolates.
Larks’ executive chef, Franco Console, is a master in showcasing opulent seasonal ingredients delivered daily from local farms, delighting visitors with the flavors of this amazing region. Larks restaurant presents changing menus that are locally sourced and globally artistic. Our chef invites you to engage in regionally grown, organically focused cuisine that is rooted in cultivating a safe relationship with the environment.
Our beverage selection extends the theme of local and seasonal with a choice of herb infused cocktails made with Oregon spirits, local wines, and beers.
